Busy but want to squeeze in a feel-good exercise routine? Whether your body wants some toning or deep stretching, a lot can be achieved in a 30 minute private class, geared towards your goals.

Cancellation Policy

All Classes are non-refundable. Drop-in Online Class: your missed class can be used as credit towards your next class within 30 days. Private Class and Event/Corporate Classes: full payment for missed class is required if cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice.
