Online Series: Relieve Joint Pain & Increase Energy

December 1st - 17th

  • 3 weeks of live virtual classes via Zoom 

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:00 - 10:30am (MST)

  • Relieving joint pain and tension with a focus on the spine, shoulders, and hips, while increasing energy by unlocking and strengthening feet and legs. With a focus on body awareness, the pace is slow to moderate. For all levels of experience, beginner friendly.

  • Tuesdays: 20 minutes standing + 10 minutes floor stretches

  • Thursdays: All standing exercises

  • Full Series (6 classes, Tuesdays and  Thursdays) $30

  • 1/2 Series (3 classes, Tuesdays or Thursdays): $15

  • Drop-in: $8.00  Please note: to drop-in, contact me at least 30 minutes before class.

Studio Series @ Southside Yoga

  • 3 week series beginning December 1st

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:15 - 7:15pm 

  • Continuation of November classes, with a focus on body awareness. 

  • Full Series (6 classes, Tuesdays and  Thursdays) $60

  • 1/2 Series (3 classes, Tuesdays or Thursdays): $30

  • Class population: minimum of 4 people needed for Full or 1/2 Series to run, and a maximum of 5, due to space limitations.

    • Ex: if 4-5 people sign up for Tuesdays but not Thursdays, or vice versa, the 1/2 series will still be able to run.
